No. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and do not schedule service appointments. This allows us to give each machine the time and attention it needs. Once work begins, additional issues may be discovered or parts may be required, which can affect timelines. A first-come system ensures every vehicle is handled properly and fairly, without rushing or cutting corners. ⚠️ If you plan to drop-off your machine, we recommend calling first beforehand as we are limited in space and may not be able to accept it during peak demand times.

No. We are unable to accurately diagnose issues with your motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or snowmobile over the phone. In some cases, we can offer a general idea of what may be happening based on your description. However, a proper diagnosis requires inspecting the unit in person and, in many situations, disassembly to fully understand the cause. What may appear to be a single problem is often the result of several smaller issues that have compounded over time and can only be identified through a hands-on inspection.

In some cases, yes. However, in most situations, providing an accurate quote is difficult without first inspecting the unit, and even an initial inspection may not reveal the full scope of major work required. Many issues are not fully identifiable until components are accessed or disassembled. What may appear to be a single problem can often be the result of multiple underlying issues, which can affect the repair process, parts acquisition, and overall cost as the work progresses. This is why final pricing is sometimes only possible once the repair is underway.

No. We do not perform out-of-province motorcycle inspections required by SGI.

No. All work is performed at our shop. We do not offer pickup or on-site service. Machines must be dropped off at the shop for inspection and repair.
